Germinated seeds have a much greater concentration of valuable minerals, trace elements and vitamins than those that are not germinated.
Buy mustard, alfalfa, mung, or soybeans from the health food shop.
When you see them sprouting like in the glass jar below then they are ready to eat .... sprinkle on your food or eat them as they are.
