Help Keep Your Elasticity ~ Elastic

Just a little tip to help fight wrinkly/sagging skin ~

The collagen in our skin needs vitamin C to help keep it from losing it's elasticity. So a sure way to help us grow old gracefully is to eat lots of fruit and vegetables on a regular daily basis. Some of the fruit and veggies I love to eat are all types of berries, citrus fruit, kiwis, cucumber, cauliflower, red and green peppers and Brussels sprouts, just to name a few and these all contain vitamin C.
