Just a wee tip!

Juice your Turnips! Turnip juice is great to strenghten your bones as it is a very good source of calcium, add some carrots to the juice as well, as they are a good source of nutrients (use organic vegetables if you can)...

When you are finished juicing add a shot glass of Aloe Vera Gel to your juice as it contains over 200 active components including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, polysaccharide, and fatty acids for the extra amazing health benefits of Aloe and also for superior nutrient absorption to the cells in your body including your bones to help keep your teeth, bones and joints strong from the inside ...
Suitable for people of all ages.
Enjoy your juice and good health to you! :)

Carrot Eyes

Just a wee tip ~

Carrots ... why do we need them in our diet ?

Carrots contain carotin which is converted into vitamin A in your intestines ...

Why is vitamin A good for you?

Vitamin A is awesome for your eyes and your skin and also helps to reduce stress ...

So if you get a fit of the munchies ... munch on carrot sticks instead of crisps, dip them into hummous ..yum yum! :)

Juice your carrots too ... a nice fast way to get them into your system quicker and especially if you add 30 mls of Aloe Vera Gel into the carrot juice as Aloe Vera gel is an excellent carrier for nutrition into your system.

My Dad did not need reading glasses until he was nearly seventy ...the reason was he ate carrots everyday and drank Aloe Vera Gel every morning. *Disclaimer
